Rest and Release with Zalla
Equine Energy Healing Session
Step into a deeply restorative experience where nature, intuition, and the powerful presence of horses come together to support your healing.
In this one-on-one session, we begin by exploring any physical tension, emotional patterns, or energetic blocks you’re ready to release. From there, the experience unfolds intuitively—blending energy work, gentle rocking, and guided awareness to help your body soften and your nervous system recalibrate.
Horses play a unique role in this process. With highly sensitive hearts and an expansive electromagnetic field, they naturally attune to human energy. Whether standing beside you or simply sharing the space, their presence helps regulate, ground, and amplify the healing work—often bringing clarity, emotional release, and a deep sense of calm.
As we acquaint the horses with this work, we are offering an introductory rate for a limited time.
Because a horse's electromagnetic field extends 15 to 30 ft from its heart, their healing influence will be present even if they are not right next to you.
This is an invitation to reconnect—with your body, your breath, and the quiet wisdom within you—held in a space that is both powerful and profoundly natural.
Rest and Release with Jennifer
Every Tuesday 11 am, 12 pm and 1 pm
R&R Rest and Release with Horses is a deeply restorative healing experience at On the Prairie, where the calming wisdom of horses, compassionate energy workers, and intuitive healers come together to support profound release and renewal. Through the gentle presence of the horses and guided energy work, each session helps clear emotional blocks, regulate the nervous system, restore balance, and reconnect you to your inner peace. Held in the serenity of nature, this sacred space invites deep rest, healing, and transformation.
Women’s Circle: A Journey with Nature & Horses
Come spend time in a peaceful, open space where you can slow down, breathe, and just be.
This circle is about connection — to nature, to horses, and to other women walking their own paths. There’s no pressure to be anything other than yourself. Just show up as you are.
We’ll gather outside, surrounded by the quiet beauty of the land and the gentle presence of horses. As the sun begins to set, we’ll take time to reflect, share (if you feel called to), and simply take in the moment.
There’s something powerful about being in nature at the end of the day — it softens things, creates space, and helps you come back to yourself.
This is a space to feel grounded, supported, and a little more connected than when you arrived.
Meditation Circles
